Frequently asked questions

Is everything digital?

Yes. All Relaxation Crafts membership resources are digital, so no physical items will be shipped. You can download the files and print them at home whenever you are ready for a little creative time.

When are new resources added?

New resources are added each month. The exact content depends on your membership level, and you will receive a message when your latest resources are ready to enjoy.

Can I cancel Premium at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your Premium or Premium Plus membership at any time through your member account. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.

Can I keep downloaded files?

Yes. Any resources you have already downloaded are yours to keep for your own use, even if you later cancel your membership. It is a good idea to download and save the files you would like to keep while they are available in your member area.

What is the difference between Premium and Premium Plus?

Premium and Premium Plus both include the full collection of monthly Premium creative resources.

Premium Plus also includes commercial-lite rights, which allow you to sell certain finished physical items you make using eligible Relaxation Crafts resources, subject to the Commercial-Lite Terms.

The original digital files, printable pages and designs may not be resold, shared or redistributed.

How do member discounts work?

Free Creative Club members receive 20% off eligible products in the Relaxation Crafts Digital Store.

Premium and Premium Plus members receive 50% off eligible products. Your membership area will explain how to access and use your discount when shopping.

Some exclusions may apply, and member discounts cannot normally be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
